Our client is one of the largest Insurance firms in the world. They have been providing a wide range of Insurance products, covering different customer segments and fulfilling their requirements. To continue with their success, they will be actively expanding into different markets with the help of new technologies.

They are currently looking for a Project Coordinator to join their team. The person will be an integral part of the team as he/she will be the contact point for all project stakeholders. Also, the candidate will work with different creative and technical parties to achieve the project objectives. There may be opportunities to travel overseas for covering cross-regional projects.

Description

Responsibilities:

• Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure on-time project implementation and delivery
• Preparing project reports that cover resource allocation, project scope, and progress updates
• Draft relevant project documents and material, provide administrative support to the team
• Communicate with senior business leaders in a professional manner
• Ad-hoc duties required by the team manager

Profile

Requirements:

• Holder of a tertiary education certificate from a recognised institution
• At least 5 years of project management or coordination experience, preferably in technical or creative industries
• Proficient in MS Office applications, experience in using AutoCAD for drawing operation would be a plus
• Able to communicate in a professional manner with strong presentation skills
• Proficient in Chinese and English communication, both in written and spoken
