Roles and Responsibilities :

• Assists in full spectrum of HR functions including compensation & benefits, payroll, staff relations, performance management, etc.
• Align with the business units for the staff requisition and handle end-to-end recruitment & selection process independently and professionally
• Maintain and update regular HR database
• Prepare monthly reports and regular HR assignments
• Participate and organize various employee relations activities
• Manage the offer management & on-boarding process
• Assist in business expansion and general operation 

• Self-motivated, possess the ability to take initiative
• With connection and experiences in Entertainment industry is preferrable 
• Flexible to meet the demands of our clients and willing to go the extra mile
• Strong command in English and Cantonese is a must
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong initiative skills, working both independently and as a part of a team
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, and other related software
• Min. 2 years solid experience in HRBP is a must
