Responsibilities:

• Assist in oversee the clinic day-to-day operations to maximize the efficiency and enhance the customer service experience;
• Assist in manage the clinic operations from administration to manpower planning and arrangement;
• Be responsible for maintaining attendance record and medical inventory level;
• Assist in the procurement and maintain good level of clinic equipment and medical consumable goods;
• Provide relevant on-job training and conduct performance review for clinical staffs;
• Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to maintain a high standard of services;
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor of Nursing or holding RN qualification;
• 3 years of clinic management experience, with 2 years in supervisory grade
• Fluent English, Cantonese and good command of Mandarin;
• Team player with good communication skill and patient oriented;
• Computer literate, hands on PC knowledge including MS office, MS Excel;
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
