Buy plan communication:

1. Execute the seasonal capacity plan based on agreed vendor lead-time and MOQ.

PO processing:

1. Manage end to end PO processes, from order placement to shipment
2. Track and validate PO confirmation on delivery details.
3. Monitor order status and data update in SAP system (esp. ship date management)
4. Collaborate testing requirement for different destinations

Production tracking:

1. Monitor work-in-progress status
2. Identify and mitigate potential delays

Shipment follow up:

1. Coordinate shipment consolidation
2. Review and Control shipment and booking status
3. Ensure vendor compliance to corporate policies related to delivery execution and logistics
4. Collaborate with customs team and vendor to comply customs documentation requirements.

Data support and analysis:

1. Track & validate KPI reports 
2. Provide business report and analysis

• Diploma or above in Logistics is preferred
• 2-3 years working experience in apparel industry (PO management /order follow up/ logistics.)
• Order follow up experience in global sourcing company is preferably in Apparel / sportswear industry
• Experience in data analysis and reports preparation.
• Good Communication & Interpersonal skill, well organized
• Good computer skill: MS Office (Excel & Power-point), experience in managing PO in ERP system, SAP experience is highly preferred.
• Good spoken and written English and Mandarin
