A fashion retailer, who always strives for new ideas, better ways and products, is looking for a Manager to join their Buying team to manage Buying activities in HK / Asia market. They provide thoughtful solutions and a superb shopping experience to customers.   

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for P&L and ending inventory for respective market(s)
• Review current season sales and forecast market trend
• Develop Open to Buy (OTB) plan
• Provide feedback to Design team on merchandise performance
  
• Increase the buy accuracy in terms of category percentage, style selection & color ratio, and assortment plan by shop class.
• Assess product performance by reviewing the Weekly Sales Report and respond to the market
  
• Monitor inventory level. Determine reordering action and allocation of reserved fabrics for different items based on the latest sales performance.
• Determine the discount rate and pricing during the discount period phase by phase.
• Project the sales demand
  
• Ensure the discount plan meets the company requirements on overall discount rate, gross profit & sales target.
• Buy the merchandise according to the 100% of total sales budget.
• Lead and coach the team members.

 Requirements:

• University graduate
  
• At least 6 years’ experience in Buying / Product Planning / Merchandising
  
• Strong business acumen, aggressive and detailed-mind
• Good numerical sense and analytical mind with proven track record in buying
• Driver mentality, willing to take ownership with execution mindset
• Good interpersonal and communication skills

 Junior candidates will be considered as Senior Buyer
