Job Responsibilities

• Reviewing and drafting simple contracts;
• Managing patent and trademark records;
• Providing company secretarial support services;
• Preparing documents for regulatory reporting, notification and publication;
• Conducting legal researches;
• Providing legal support to Legal & Company Secretarial Department

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder with 2-3 years legal experience;
• Good command of English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage;
• Good communication skills and able to work under pressure; and
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
