Responsibilities

• Develop data analytics to deliver business case analysis, customer and product analysis, and performance tracking in order to help the business grow further
• Deliver revenue projections, including quantitative modelling, and ensure key stakeholders understand key business related trends and insights developed
• Drive continuous improvement in data flow management, data quality and analytic tools / framework for country level information development
• Manage the production of management reports to facilitate business decision making processes
• Assist in preparation of presentation materials to senior management to facilitate decision making process

Requirements

• University degree (advanced degree a plus) in business, finance, mathematics, actuarial science, statistics or other related disciplines
• Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in business/ customers/ operational data analytics, data mining and/ or related fields
• Deep interest in analyzing data and strong computer knowledge, experience in working with large data sets with complex entity-relationship structures
• Hands on experience and strong knowledge of data visualization tools (SAS VA / VS / Tableau), quantitative analytical/ modelling techniques, MS Office, SAS and SQL, Microsoft Power BI (R / Python is a plus)
• Experience in ETL (Data Extraction, Transformation & Loading)/data wrangling, modelling, BI reporting / presentation design
• Good attention to detail and sophisticated presentation and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in both English and Chinese
