Job Description : 

• Define, monitor and follow-up on operational KPIs; working with global, regional and local business teams to continuously improve operational productivity and quality across the global organization.
• Plan and execute global or regional processes change and improvement initiative in line with changes in regulations, market conditions, industry practices and customer needs.
• Develop training material and conduct process related training (online or face-to-face depending on circumstances) for operational staff across the globe.
• Participate in larger process improvement and digital transformation projects, focusing on operational processes and change management.

 Requirement: 

• Minimum 10 years of working experience, ideally in International Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
• Diploma in related subject such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
• High intellectual capacity with a detail-oriented mindset and the ability to zoom out and look at the big picture.
• Strong communication and analytical skills; with ability to bridge the gap between business and technology.
• Good command of both written and spoken English.
• Training/experience in Project Management.
• Experience from working with Business Process Design, Process Management and/or Process Outsourcing will be a plus.
• Experience developing or managing dashboards using Power BI App.
