Responsibilities: 

  Manage a complex profolio with apartment/office/ retail

  Handle tenancy contracts and related administration

  Liaise and collaborate with contractors on maintenance and renovation works

  Maintain a good relationship with clients, tenants ,and agents

Requirements: 

  At least 5 years' experience in property leasing or management

  Proficient in HK property regulations and compliance issues

  Good negotiation and interpersonal skills

  Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

  Good PC knowledge of MS Word, Excel ,and PowerPoint
