You are required to report to Manager and provide professional advice to the clients in the aspect of property management of the Firm's managed buildings. Your key accountabilities are:

• Work closely with the building-in-charge to ensure the quality of service delivered to our clients and tenants
• Act as the company's representative to deal with the enquiries of the clients and tenants
• Handle and follow up incoming calls and email enquiries
• Perform general office administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree holder in hospitality, real estate, building management or related disciplines
• Min. 2 years' relevant experience in sizable property management company. 
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Customer Services Officer
• Knowledge of facilities management
• Excellent client relationship management
• Initiative and able to work independently
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Experience in Commercial Building will be definitely an advantage
