Job Description

職責:

負責協助及處理日常物業管理工作，包括客戶査詢及投訴，商場推廣活動之人流管制，危機處理等提供優質客戶服務及保安工作。

入職要求:

中五或以上程度
一年或以上相關物業管理 / 客戶服務經驗優先
持有效保安人員許可證及QAS證書
懂電腦基本操作
良好粵語及普通話，能以簡單英語溝通
於銅鑼灣區輪班工作 (9小時/5.5天)
經驗較多之求職者可獲考慮為高級大廈服務員
