Job Description

• Responsible for the full set of  accounts
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and accounting schedule
• Handle day to day operations
• Assist in preparing supporting documents for auditors' check
• Assist in  ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

• Detail-oriented, high accuracy in work, self-motivated, well organized and responsible
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work in team and cooperate with different departments
• Able to meet tight deadlines

Other Requirements

• Preferably with 3 years of experience in Property/ Real Estate Industry
• Qualified or preparing for professional qualification in accounting related discipline is preferred
• Proficient in MS Office application, particularly in excel, knowledge of Flex System
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Immediate available is highly preferred
