崗位職責：

• 管理內部IT團隊並協助執行IT支持、系統管理和信息安全職責
• 協助制定和維護公司範圍內的IT合規性、信息安全政策和工作流程
• 協助計劃項目時間表，並不斷探索為業務相關之最新IT技術
• 主導產品規劃設計，根據產品規劃做產品管理、需求分析、原型設計，研發、測試跟進工作
• 對市面競品作競品分析，根據目標客戶群、公司產品戰略發展方向、市場需求，制定產品發展規劃
• 管理第三方供應商並審查他們的服務交付績效

• 本科及以上學歷，計算機及相關專業
• 5年以上項目/產品經理經驗，以及至少3年的人員管理經驗
• 持有項目管理相關專業資格者優先
• 具有信息安全控制和 IT合規管理方面的實踐經驗。持有CISSP認證者優先
• 以服務為導向，以客戶為中心的方式
• 必須具有廣東話及普通話流利溝通能力
• 有房地產物業相關經驗者優先
