Job Duties

• To assist in collating and assessing the applications submitted by the sports organisations under the Pilot Scheme on Subvention for New Sports (the Pilot Scheme);
• To conduct on-site inspection on the approved subvented programmes under the Pilot Scheme held in both LCSD and non-LCSD venues (work outside office) and prepare relevant reports after inspection;
• To assist in preparing and collating the statistics data on subvented programmes under the Pilot Scheme;
• To assist in examining the publicity materials submitted by the approved sports organisations under the Pilot Scheme;
• To handle enquiries / complaints related to the Pilot Scheme;
• To assist administrative work for implementation of the Pilot Scheme; and
• To perform other duties assigned by senior officers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above;
• Well organised and self-motivated with good communication skills and multitasking;
• Good command of both written and spoken of English and Chinese; and
• Good computer skills in Microsoft Office application.
