Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and organize disaster preparedness and community resilience training and activities to enhance emergency planning and preparedness capacity of institutions
Establish and maintain partnership network with stakeholders and government departments and local partners
Support proposal writing, reporting, budgeting and administrative duties of training programmes
Coordinate with internal partners on trainer pool management, course enrolment and promotion functions
Supervise and lead staff and volunteers in the trainings and activities

Requirements:

Degree holder, preferably in Social Science disciplines
2 years of related work experience is preferred
Knowledge in community resilience concept and disaster management are an advantage
Service-oriented with good interpersonal, networking and presentation skills
Mature and independent, well organized and attentive to details
Self-motivated and good team player
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
Proficient in PC knowledge

Contract Period: 1 year
