Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Manager to plan develop, implement and evaluate the community health education training and service programmes

- Conduct health education materials and training/ talks, prepare education materials and assist in promotion works to promote public health issues and trend of diseases outbreak

- Oversee and manage and health needs of the beneficiary via database, and formulate health invention plans for case referral

- Assist the Manager to develop the health related protocols for the Agency and conduct quality assurance of all health materials and equipment

- Lead and manage volunteers in providing quality community health programmes

- Carry out other duties deemed pertinent to achieving the goals of the project.

Requirements:

- Registered Nurse (Hong Kong Nursing Council) with valid practicing certificate is a must

- Graduate of tertiary education level or above, with minimum of 2 years post-registration working experience

- Sound knowledge in Health Education and Community Services will be an advantage

- Excellent in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)

- Service and client oriented, mature, analytical thinking, good communication and presentation skills

- Independent and with a strong sense of self-initiative

Contract period: 1 year
