Responsibilities:

• Responsible for online customer service
• Oversee and manage the daily operation and fulfillment on multiple channels/ platforms
• Maintain and update platform's content
• Perform ad hoc projects 
• Responsible for merchandise planning and inventory & stock management (online and offline)
• Assist to plan, coordinate and execute marketing strategies and campaigns 

Requirements:

• University Graduate with degree in related disciplines
• 1+ years e-commerce/ digital marketing experience
• Knowledge in Facebook, Instagram, search engine marketing and Google tools, including Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google AdWords etc. would be an advantage
• Positive, resourceful and committed
• Independent and able to work under pressure
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in written Chinese and English
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
