Responsibilities:

• Manage Sales Program Rebate and claim processing
• Prepare analysis report on with the company sales strategic plan
• Work closely with A/R on charge back issue
• Co-operate with internal Sales, Product Management Team and Marketing Team to control and execute budget plans
• Responsible for monthly forecast and closing analysis report
• To support sales management activities

 Requirement:

• Diploma holder with relevant experience
• Good command of written and spoken in English.  
• Experience in a fast-paced FMCG or similar environment
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills with an ability to build good team relationships
• Well-manage on coaching, developing and leading teams to achieve high standard
• Proficiency in MS word, excel, PowerPoint / Pivot Table, vlookup
