The Role

Responsibilities
- Work directly with the Head of Sales and leading the Key Account team to bring Raze's brand to life in key 2C sales channels;
- Manage a portfolio of Raze’s 2C indirect sales & distribution accounts and collaborate with them to ensure sustainable and profitable growth;
- Develop new product launch plans and ensure successful implementation across the channels;
- Plan, develop, execute and monitor account growth strategy in line with company’s objectives and plans;
- Establish effective collaboration across functions like trade marketing, supply chain, finance etc to deliver business objectives;
- Provide timely reports and analysis to management regarding sales performance, budget spend and productivity;
- Support the team on the overall key account management and projects.
Requirements
- University degree in Business Management, Marketing, eCommerce, or a relevant discipline;
- 4+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development and/or Account Management;
- Proven track record of consistent over-achievement on sales targets and strong work ethics;
- Analytical and data-driven to support decision making with strong understanding of ROI;
- Strong interpersonal skills allow you to influence key stakeholders at all levels;
- Cross-functional team player to get the best out of people around you;
- Energetic self-starter, collaborative, hands-on team player yet able to work independently;
- Thrives on tackling challenges in a complex and competitive environment;
- Proficiency in MS Office application - Excel, Word, PowerPoint;
- Excellent communication skills with good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
