Job Responsibilities
- Provide quality pre-sales and after-sales services
- Assist customers to Install or upgrade Homily software products
- Educate customers to use Homily software products
- Follow up customer issues distributed by supervisor
- Assist in the execution of company's projects and plans
In order to success, you should have the following requirements:
- Post-Secondary or above
- At least 1 – 2 years experiences in customer services industry
- Proactive team player with customer service mindset
- Fluent in spoken and written Chinese
