Job Description
The Senior Manager, Pension Sales & Distribution will assist the Team Head to oversee the broker sales team to prospect, sell and service MPF and/or ORSO Retirement Plan to meet standards and objectives.
Other Responsibilities include:
- Major role on assisting Team Head to oversee the broker sales team to solicit new business of MPF and/or ORSO Retirement Plan through distribution channels and achieve the company’s sales target
- Further expand the brokers channel and network and increase the number of productive brokers; Enhance relationship with assigned distributors and provision of quality services. Pay frequent visits/contacts with assigned distributors
- Assist to provide support and coaching to the Account Manager
- Work collaboratively with the Sales Support, Pension Operations and Relations Management Teams to ensure a smooth take-on of new pension clients; Assist to coordinate and participate into all kinds of sales & marketing activities such as seminars, conferences and promotional events. Provide assistance in the post sale administrative, enrollment, and customer service support
- Comply with regulatory and licensing requirements, internal policies and guidelines
- Select, train, motivate, and develop a knowledgeable and productive staff, which includes performance appraisals, development plans, salary administration, and conflict resolution. Maintain a general, familiar, consistent leadership presence
- Perform other job related duties and special projects as required
- University graduate or equivalent
- At least 9 years of relevant experience in selling pensions or investment related products
- Holder of MPF intermediary license and SFC license
- An outgoing personality with strong selling and presentation skills
- Mature, proactive and able to work independently
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including spoken & written English and Chinese
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Manager
