Customer Service Officer (Chemical, Food & Pharmaceutical Products)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare quotation for clients
• Review, check and prepare service required based on the client submitted test requisition
• Answer enquiry from customers in relation to the scope of service of the department
• Ensure that our service is delivered on schedule
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor 

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Chemistry, Biology, Life Science, Food Science or relevant disciplines
• Customer-oriented and good communication skills
• Good spoken and written in English and Chinese
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
