The successful candidate will provide full sales support to the Sales Teams including development projects, program planning and execution and any other ad-hoc assistance to drive our business.

Responsible:

• Responsible for daily sales administration activities (e.g. quotation, contract, invoice, sales reports and presentation preparation, documentation processing, meeting scheduling and coordination, follow-up on the clients’ quotation & payment etc.)
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure the sales orders are processed accurately within proper timelines
• Prepare monthly sales report
• Update and maintain sales pipeline
• Full support the workflow formulation and logistical planning and implementation
• Work with product marketing team to manage deal registration request from channel partners
• Provide any ad-hoc assistance to the Sales Manager(s)

Requirements:

• Degree Holder 
• Minimum 1 year relevant working experience in Sales, Marketing or Customer Service 
• Prior experience in IT Business is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office, such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• High degree of accuracy with the ability to multitask
• Self-motivated, independent, willing to work under pressure environment
• Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
