Job Description

  •        Hong Kong Based. 

We are searching for enthusiastic and talented individuals who will be responsible for marketing our prestigious developments to clients throughout Hong Kong and Asia.

Responsibilities:

  •        Responsible for achieving sales targets. 
  •        Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. 
  •        The ability to develop strong working relationships with agents. 
  •        Able to handle property enquiries with positive problem-solving capabilities. 
  •        A high degree of integrity and someone who has valued reputation within the  marketplace. 
  •        Coordinating and managing the sales process, communicating with all parties to make sure sales are managed efficiently. 
  •        Managing the marketing of properties, through all suitable channels including planning and implementation of event and investment seminars. 
  •        Reporting directly to Managing Director (ASIA).

Desired Skills & Experience:

  •        Diploma holder or above preferably in Property/Real Estates with minimum 2 years’ experience in sales of overseas real estate or property industry marketing preferred. 
  •        Beneficial to have a good knowledge of the local area, with an up-to-date understanding of market trends, local property values and an awareness of the competition. 
  •        Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; fast learner, self-motivated and able to work independently. 
  •        Highly driven and enthusiastic, proactive by nature, a lateral thinker, with the ability to use the experience and qualifications. 
  •        Outstanding interpersonal skills and a team player. 
  •        Ability to priorities projects and strong problem-solving skills. 
  •        Experienced in participating in project launch events preferred.
  •        Proven track record of successful channel sales and of delivering high quality client service.
  •        Native/fluent English and Cantonese. 
  •       Need to work on weekends occasionally.
