Responsibilities:

• Processing different kinds of sales orders by inputting data into system accurately, scheduling and monitoring shipment to ensure on-time delivery
• Preparing and distributing various sales reports by tracking, consolidating and summarizing sales databases
• Communicating with both internal and external parties to ensure customers' requests are fulfilled 
• Handling ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• F. 5 or above with 2~3 years' CS background
• Good command in both English and Putonghua
• Strong in PowerPoint, MS Word, Excel
• Able to work independently and be a team player
• Meticulous in follow-up details
• Strong sense of responsibility and willing to work overtime
• Positive attitude and self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skill
• Experience in order processing will be an advantage
• Immediate available is preferable
