• Work with business unit to gather user requirements and perform project management duties for Operation department. These include conducting feasibility studies on new processes / solutions
• Manage Operation projects schedules, align priorities with the different Operation Units
• Work closely with business, operation, risk & compliance and IT to perform Operation Project planning, testing and implementation
• Plan and coordinate for execution of operations projects, to ensure successful delivery of target benefits
• Track, monitor and control project expense
• Responsible for change management and risk mitigation of Operation Projects
• Develop and sustain a collaborative environment to ensure that the team is encouraged to leverage synergies and economies of scales
• Perform knowledge transfer and provide post-implementation support
• Co-ordinate with business unit to provide vendor training to perform various project related activities

• With at least 5-years of experience in Project or Operations management, having experience in insurance/ banking with be a definite advantage
• Experience in digitization, integration projects: from understanding the current business model to structuring the target business model, leading the change and the final delivery
• Strong problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, business acumen and ROI
• Strong stakeholder management skills and communication skills
• Manage transitions between project stages and ensure that changes are consistent with business goals
• Desire and willingness to make a difference, promoting excellence and quality; able to handle multiple projects, tight timeline
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team with strong commitment to working and thinking collaboratively
• Knowledge in using PowerBI will be a plus
