Position

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Counseling Team and handle students' application process for overseas boarding schools 
• Assist in data collection, document verification, test date sign-ups, logistics planning, deadline monitoring and other routine admin duties as required throughout the year 
• Maintain frequent communication with families and students 
• Review, analyse and track the operation procedures and team performance of the Counseling Team
• Arrange training schedules and coordinate between students and teachers
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as per required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline, with a keen interest in the Education sector. 
• Detail-oriented and well-organized with good communication skills 
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Able to work independently with good communication skills, adaptable, well-organized and willing to learn
• Overseas experience is an advantage but not a must
