Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the team leader to work with all General Trade / Open Trade Accounts (local drug stores) for Hong Kong market.
• Explore new potential business and conduct market mapping
• To work closely with marketing team and communicate market information such as new products, industry trends, competitors’ move and customer needs etc.
• Responsible for sales taking, call visit & stock arrangement with warehouse for particular territories and accounts in HK
• To develop and review the long term and short team strategies for a continuous growth of business for the company

Requirements:

• Diploma/Tertiary educated, candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Sales Manager
• At least 4-5 years of general trade / open trade sales experience in FMCG sectors.
• Solid sales experience in Personal Care business is a strong advantage
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Result-oriented, able to react quickly and flexibly
• Mature, independent and presentable
• Possess strong sales analytical skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, presentation and influencing skills
