Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team to promote, distribute and cross sell the Company’s product including research reports (HK, A&H shares), Corporate access events and IBD related projects to institutional clients;
• Assist & support the sales team to develop and maintain good relationship with institutional clients
• Provide effective and efficient sales support to the sales team, including client account opening, conference call summary, meetings summary etc.
• Provide professional service to clients / potential clients
• Handle daily administrative & operational works for the department

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or above in BBA, Finance or related disciplines;
• 1 years of relevant experience in equity sales in Greater China region;
• Sell side and buy-side research experience would be an advantage;
• Demonstrate track record in developing and implementing strategies to achieve sales result;
• Client focus and with excellent knowledge in equity market products;
• Strong interpersonal skills, self-driven and a good team player;
• Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English (Mandarin is a must);
• Fresh Graduate will be also considered.
