Responsibilities

• Optimize sales strategy for multiple sales channels to achieve company’s KPI
• Spearheading the channel and product strategy to enhance customer experiences
• Identify customer needs and business opportunities through data analysis on competitor and
• market trend
• Plan and execute related projects and campaigns to drive business growth
• Review the sales strategy and business performance in a regular basis to ensure target is met
• Work closely with related teams to drive effectiveness

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business-related field
• 8+ years of sales management experience in FMCG industry
• Experience in Modern Trade channel is a plus
• Proven track record of sales achievements
• Strong in problem-solving and decision-making with a data-oriented mindset
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Proficiency in English and Chinese
