Duties & Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls for repair and maintenance services
• Check voice mail and return calls to customers
• Coordinate with internal parties and arrange technical service for customers
• Mark call logs, update report and database regularly
• Provide any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Experience & Qualifications:

• Diploma or above in any discipline
• At least 1-year related experience
• Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
