Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To work primarily as Vendor management role to manage solution promotion, marketing strategy, reseller network development together with channel sales executives, lead progress follow up and regular review for the assigned Enterprise IT solution(s) distributed by our company.
  • The focus solution(s) may include hybrid cloud storage & data protection solution, cyber security, cloud native or AI related solution.
  • To keep updated with Vendor latest solutions and strategies, as well as keep researching market competitors to maintain our solution selling and marketing strategy advantages.
  • To work out and keep refresh solution sales kit (sales pitch deck, sales script, etc.,) to train up sales team internally and partner sales externally for solution positioning and competitive pitching.
  • To communicate effectively and work closely with different teammates from technical consultants, marketing executives and sales, channel partners to define and keep enhancing go-to-market strategy
  • To closely work with all stakeholders to review strategic action ROI and realign strategy for ongoing new solution promotion strategy.
  • To help assigned Vendors and partners to achieve annual business target in financial and non-financial strategic areas.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor degree or above in any IT, science or business discipline is required
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skill is a must
  • At least 3+ years experience in either product executive, marketing executive, presales role or sales role
  • Strong leadership, team building and logical thinking
  • Able to do executive level presentation
  • A good sales track record for any IT solution, cyber security, innovative electronic, innovative business solution will be an advantage
  • Prior experience working in distributor environment is preferred but not a must
  • Experience with leading digital marketing strategy is a plus
  • Fluent spoken Cantonese and English is a must
