Job Responsibilities:
  1. Commercial management including rates administration and quote management
  2. Prepare reports and provide analysis on efficiency and profitability of account.
  3. Monitor PnL development of assigned accounts
  4. Interact with all levels within the organization on all areas related to the assigned accounts
  5. Follow up with operations to provide closed loop response to customer's enquiries and  request.
  6. Communicate with global colleagues and customers, manage customer escalations and assist to drive initiative for continuous process improvement.
  7. Multi-task across different customers/programs.
  8. Support solution design for assigned accounts
  9. Support in large scale projects or full ownership of small-medium scale projects
  10. Account management activities e.g. billing, invoicing checking.
Job Requirements:
  1. Degree holder in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related discipline.
  2. 3-5 years demonstrated work experience in customer service, supply chain management.
  3. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Excellent in both English and Chinese.
  5. Excellent command of PC knowledge including Excel and PowerPoint
  6. Experience in SAP is a plus
