Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Support Sales & Business Development in providing operational, administrative and marketing services to clients
- Serve clients with a professional manner, including handle daily enquiries and clients’ complaints, process and follow up project-related tasks
- Coordinate closely with internal departments, vendors and clients to ensure timely delivery of services
- Ensure the feedback from external/internal clients are meeting the expectations & strive for excellence
- Develop and maintain good relationship with clients
- Take up any ad-hoc duties when required
Requirements:
- Diploma holders or above with at least 1 year experience in customer service or account servicing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command in both English and Mandarin (verbal & written)
- Pleasant, proactive, customer-oriented, detail-minded and a good team player
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
- 5-day work
- Immediate available will definitely be an advantage
