Job Description

We are looking to employ a Retail Trainer (Field Training) for sales team with outstanding written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. He / She is expected to be a strategic thinker with fantastic organizational and time management skills, who is also experienced on the technology and electronics consumer goods industry. You will have excellent research skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and assess the training needs of the team through job analysis and consultation with managers.
  2. Develop selling skills and products training programs that address specific business needs.
  3. Develop training materials and tools that target tangible results, implement effective and purposeful training methods.
  4. Perform online and offline group training class for promoter team and business partner's sale teams.
  5. Participate in skills training and product related videos making and casting.
  6. Evaluate sales performance to ensure that training is meeting business needs and improving performance.
  7. Assess employees’ skills, performance and productivity to identify areas of improvement.
Requirements:
  1. Degree holder or above in any discipline.
  2. 3-5 years or above relevant working experience is preferred
  3. Good sense of retail business. Experience in Telecom or 3C industry is preferred
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  5. Cross-functional agility, and ability to independently lead and meet objectives in fast paced environment
