Job Responsibilities:

•          Assist in data entry and prepare testing reports
•          Receipt phone call and handle clients’ enquiries
•          Provided direct administrative support for laboratory and after-sales department
•          Maintain the proper filing systems of the department
•          Handle ad hoc projects/events as assigned

Job Requirements:

•          Knowledge & laboratory related experience would be an advantage
•          Good command of both written and spoken English, and fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese
•          Proficient in MS Office and PC knowledge
•          Responsible, details minded and self-motivated
•          Fresh graduates are also welcome
•          Immediate available is preferred
