Job functions:

• Manage for the laboratory operation in accordance ISO 17025, GLP
• Manage laboratory operation to improve result accuracy and efficiency of competitive turn around time
• Explore and deploy testing opportunity, methods and procedures
• Verify and approve test reports and certificates
• Ensure laboratory operation and testing skill set in compliance of Clients' safety and quality standards
• Liaise with the audit bodies, responsible for 3rd party accreditation (i.e. CNAS; ANAB; CMA; CPSC; AQSIQ)
• Provide technical advices and support to external and internal customers
• Conduct staff training and seminar for affiliates and customers
• Other duties assigned by Management

Requirements:

• University graduate preferable in analytical chemistry
• 7 years' working in sizable commercial 3rd party laboratory, with minimum of 5 years experience in laboratory management and at least 3 years with a capacity of laboratory manager
• Qualified signatory person in ANAB and CNAS scheme
• Hands-on experience in operating the analytical instruments, including but not limited to LC-MS-MS, GC-MS, HPLC, ICP-OES, ICP-MS, AAS, UV and FTIR
• Specialist experience in toy test and packaging
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent Mandarin is essential
• Good communication, analytical and problem solving skills
•  Work at Dongguan
