Qualification & Requirement:

• Higher Diploma or above with 2 years of administrative support experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing.
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English.
• Independent, well-organised, with a strong sense of responsibility and good communication skills.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with less experience will also be considered.

Job Duties:

• Assist the Service team in all aspects of project and administrative supports.
• Maintain and organise the filing system of all correspondences of each project.
• Liaise and coordinate with internal parties and external clients to ensure the daily operations in a good manner.
• Assist in ad hoc assignments when required.
