Do you possess good analytical skills as well as a passion for training others? Do you have an experience or knowledge of lab testing processes? If this sounds like you, this role will provide you the opportunity to design and develop impactful training projects within our Lab Testing Department.

• Design training plans in collaboration with LIMS main stakeholders;
• Develop various training materials and support courses implementation for ad-hoc projects (onsite and digital formats);
• Answer the users queries received on a daily basis (onsite or through eLearning platform);
• Propose creative ideas to deliver handy content for end-users to adopt the new solution in a smooth way.

• You have a first work experience in the Lab testing industry and ideally, you have some knowledge about LIMS.
• A growth mindset, good interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills;
• You have some experience in a training-oriented function / you are actively involved in creating training materials and/or you have a strong interesting in building a career related to training topics;
• Good command of English (spoken and written);
• Good knowledge of instructional design & tools: Video editing, PowerPoint, MS Office
