Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Issue logistics shipment invoices to our internal and external customers
Assist in checking and validate service providers’ invoices and report discrepancy
Responsible for updating and maintaining accurate data in system
Export statement and follow up with customers payment
Perform other administrative tasks by the manager

Job Requirement

Minimum 2 years of working experience in logistics field
Forwarding or trading background is highly preferable
Experience on ERP or Accounting system will be an advantage
Detail minded with good organization skill
Proficient in MS Office applications
Good command of English and Mandarin

*Office allocation: Few minutes walk from Whampoa station
