Responsibilities: 

• Handle full set of import & export documents for customs clearance;
• Work closely with 3PL logistics service providers and related parties to ensure smooth supply;
• Work closely with internal party and perform daily operation from order processing to shipment delivery;
• Analyze products performance to prepare supply and demand forecast, communicate with Sales & Marketing team to maintain an accurate forecast;
• Control warehouse inventory and arrange shipments to maintain healthy inventory level;
• Make use of data and business insight to improve operational efficiency;
• Other ad hoc assignments.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in logistics, supply chain management or related disciplines;
•  years of logistics or shipping experience in FMCG industry;
• Knowledge in managing ERP system;
• Detail oriented, organized and able to work independently;
• Fluent in Cantonese and conversational in English;
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Supply Chain Assistant.
