Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare sales contract/ PO/ invoice / delivery note / packing list, etc
• Able to handle full set of I/E Shipping documents
• Liaise with overseas suppliers for orders follow-up
• ad-hoc projects as assigned

• Diploma / Associate Degree or related disciplines
• At least 5 years solid shipping experiences
• Good command in written and spoken Chinese and English
• Familiar with SAP
• Self-motivated, service-oriented and strong sense of responsibility
• Mature, able to work independently and under pressure with ability to communicate with all levels of staff
• Working experience preferably in pharmaceutical field
