Job Responsibilities:

1. Communicate and coordinate with carrier customer service desks and internal customers
2. Monitor, report and analyse carrier KPIs and transport cost trend analysis on a regular basis. Arrange & conduct test shipments for new carriers or for new clients as required
3. Lead the shipping team and to coordinate within the team for process optimization and resources allocation. Initiate escalation process and provide continuous information updates to internal customers & Manager
4. Ensure team knowledge are equipped to achieve defined operational KPIs, perform high work quality and fulfil customer’s requirement
5. Sourcing freight rates locally and support transport management to build up transport solutions 
6. Verify, endorse carrier invoices and invoice allocation to cost center as required
7. Monitor Proof Of Delivery (POD) updates and system updates, reconcile company shipment data with carrier shipment data, maintain data of freight orders in company systems

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum Diploma related to Logistics / Shipping
2. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in logistics / transport management role, with regular contact with transport service providers
