As an early stage company with rapid growth ahead of us, Hush Home is looking for a dynamic and energetic person to join as our Supply Chain Manager. We are expecting someone who is excited to be the point of contact for our supply chain needs, including inventory management, logistics and order fulfilment, purchasing, and production.  This is a position in which you will be the key person  across all elements of our supply chain with an amazing opportunityget your hands dirty in a fast-moving ecommerce business.

Your Dream Job

1. Demand Planning. Use sales data, industry know-how, and consumer trends to estimate future product demand, analyze inventory flow, and develop forecast models to ensure products are 99% in-stock. .

2. Inventory Replenishment. Replenish at regular intervals to maintain inventory levels in a cost-efficient manner.

3. Manage Logistics Network (Freight & Storage). Manage freight delivery of incoming inventory to our warehouses or wholesale partners. Develop reliable, low-cost logistics partners across our network of warehouses.

4. B2C Order Fulfilment. Structure daily fulfilment process using SaaS software and manage the day-to-day coordination of all fulfilment steps, including communication with Sales Team and 3PL.

5. Production and Supply Planning. Manage supplier communications at the point of purchase and proactively monitor manufacturers to deliver the goods on time and in full.

6. Purchasing. Work with the Product Development Team to finalize order details, including product specs, quantity, and price. Create and manage POs, invoices, and contracts and ensure on-time delivery.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related discipline
• 5+years experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory planning, fulfillment, or e-commerce operations
• Expert user of Excel and Google Sheets is a must
• Proficient with SaaS systems and/or ERP 
• Attention to detail including excellent time management and organizational skills
• Adaptable, with hungry-to-grow mindset
• Resourceful, proactive, and a true team player
• Fluent in English and Chinese
