Job Description
Our client is a famous Japanese forwarding company with good company benefit and stable working environment. To cope with their business needs, they are sincerely inviting high caliber candidates to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Prepare Import & Export shipping document including Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading for LCL & FCL shipment
- Shipment booking and arrange transportation company to pick up the goods
- Communicate with customers, vendors and liner
- Contact factories or CO agency to apply CO, Form-B, Form-F, legalized CO, etc.
- Arrange warehouse colleagues for re-labeling and re-packing the goods
- Form 5 or above;
- 10 years' working experience in logistics company with supervisory level
- Familiar to arrange shipment to Asia areas
- Solid experience in L/C documents, custom declaration and Tradelink
- Solid experience in using SAP / ERP system
- Can handle MS Word, excel & Chinese typing is a must
- Can write simple English and Chinese
- Immediately available or 7 - 14 days notice is preferred
