Responsibilities:

• At least 2 years of working experience in the trading business especially export to EU from Bangladesh, China, Cambodia, etc.,Apparel Industry is preferable.
• Work closely with merchandising team; garment supplier; forwarder and buyer, and responsible for handling large amount of data entry for providing customs documents to buyer
• Proactively monitor/track and handle customer shipment routing requests
• Ensure relevant documents are in place for custom declaration and timely shipment delivery
• Assist direct supervisor to resolve customer & supplier problems & complaints to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• DSE or above
• At least 2 years of logistics related experience & stable career track record
• Familiar with using ERP system is a preferred
• Strong attention to details, well organized and willing to learn
• Self-motivated and hardworking
• Working knowledge of Microsoft office especially Outlook and Excel
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin)
