Job Duty:

• General duties of Logistics Clerk
• Provide clerical duties, including filing, data input, photocopying, handling mails
• Handle I/E / shipping documents, custom declaration
• Help coordinate and backup shipping, warehouse and logistics staff within the company
• Trouble shoots shipping issues and customer complaints that arise and work to solve them
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirement:

• F.5 or above.
• At least 1-2 year working experience, with knowledge of supply chain, logistics or shipping field is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office Applications and Chinese word processing, knowledge of e-system of Tradelink and HK Customs is preferred.
• Good interpersonal, communication and organization skills.
• Good command of both spoken & written English and Chinese
• Immediately available would be advantage
