Job Duties:

• Keep track on sales-and-inventory analysis, and hence plan orders and maintain reasonable inventory level
• Communicate effectively with suppliers on orders, documentation and plans
• Relay claims and enquiries to suppliers regarding product and quality and take proper follow-up actions
• Source new products and coordinate on the new projects

Requirements:

• Tertiary education
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Good computer skills & familiar with MS Office
• Self-motivated, detail-minded and a good team player
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills
• 2 years of procurement experience preferred
• Fresh graduate are also welcome
• Immediate availability preferred
