Job Description

• Responsible for daily Seafreight operation
• Handle full set Import and Export documents, operation, transhipment from South China and trucking arrangement, Customs procedures etc.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, co-loaders, subcontractor and warehouse
• Prompt response to inquiries from network office and agents
• Communication with colleagues, customers, own office network and agents

• Form 5 or above
• 1 - 3 years solid experience in Seafreight Operation
  
• Good command in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Good in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
• Hardworking, initiative and independent with proactive manner
• Willing to work overtime and able to work under pressure
