Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- To prepare full set of air freight export shipping documents
- To input all shipment data into internal system & follow up shipment status
- Liaise with overseas agents by email
- Co-ordinate with customers, warehouse & co-loaders
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- Near Shek Mun MTR, Alternate Saturday work, no night shift needed
- Double pay, OT and medical allowance
- Night shift & work on holiday is NOT necessary
- HKCEE F.5 or above / HKDSE / Diploma graduate or above
- Minimum 2-3 year experience in freight forwarding company
- Experience in preparing full set of Air Export documents and its related operations
- Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Good computer skills in MS office application
- 13 months + Year-end bonus
- Group Medical
- 12 days per year Annual Leave
